Do you study? What do you study? ('Bel-ajar' from 'ajar' (teach) — the 'ber-' prefix makes it 'to learn/study'.)
Saya belajar bahasa di universiti.

What languages do you speak? ('Cakap' = speak/talk (colloquial); 'bahasa' = language.)
Saya cakap bahasa Inggeris dan sedikit bahasa Melayu.

What's your native language? ('Bahasa ibunda' — literally 'mother tongue language'.)

I like to read and watch movies. ('Mem-/men-' is an active verb prefix. 'Wayang' originally meant shadow puppet show.)

I like meeting friends and joking around. ('Ber-gurau' — 'ber-' prefix + 'gurau' (joke).)

Do you have any hobbies? ('Ada' = there is/have — works for possession and existence.)

How old are you? (Literally 'how much age you?' — 'berapa' asks for quantities.)
Saya dua puluh satu tahun.
 
I'm twenty-one years old. (Numbers build by tens: 'dua puluh' = 'two ten' = 20, then + 'satu' (one).)
