What do you do for a living? (Literally 'you work what?' — more casual than 'apa pekerjaan kamu?')

What languages do you speak? (Literally 'you can language what all?' — 'saja' opens it up to multiple answers.)
Saya bisa bahasa Inggris dan sedikit bahasa Indonesia.

I speak English and a bit of Indonesian. ('Bisa' (can) is used for 'speak a language', not 'berbicara'.)
Apa bahasa ibu kamu?

What's your native language? (Literally 'mother language' — same image as English 'mother tongue'.)

Do you have any hobbies?
Kamu suka olahraga?

Do you play any sports? ('Olahraga' = exercise/sport, literally 'sport-body' from 'olah' (process) + 'raga' (body).)
Umur kamu berapa? Saya dua puluh satu tahun.

How old are you? I'm twenty-one. (Literally 'age you how many?' — numbers: 21 is 'dua puluh satu' (two tens one).)
